8th Report in 2011: Analysis on the Development and Need of China’s Innovation Bases

Abstract:  This article analyzes the development features of China’s innovation bases, with national key laboratories and engineering research centers as main research objects. It considers that the development of China’s innovation bases achieves the basic layout according to key discipline and innovation chain.
