5th Report in 2011: International Professional Mode in Science and Technology Achievements Transformation

Abstract: According to the mode of technology transfer office of American scientific institute, Intellectual property rights and technology transfer center of Shanghai Institute for Biological Sciences (SIBS) of Chinese Academy of Science (CAS), combining with China’s national conditions, offers SIBS professional services such as protecting, managing and transferring its science and technology (S&T) achievements. It also explored a successful mode to promote S&T achievements transformation. This article uses it as an example to introduce its successful experience, analyses the difficulties we will encounter when we adopt it, and gives us some suggestions on it.
