3rd Report in 2011: Science and Technology Achievement Industrialization and Government Function---the Example of Beijing Promoting the Industrialization of Nano Materials Green Plate-making

Abstract: Example as nano materials plate-making industrialization, basing on analysis its process and related factors, this article proposes that government should functioned in science and technology(S&T) process through program guiding, policy integration, organization and cooperation, financial support, mechanism innovation, etc. In addition, we can also get three revelations from this. First, basic research is vital important to promote the development of emerging industries. Second, technical route breakthrough is an important approach to break the monopoly and promote emerging industries forming. Third, industrial technology innovation alliance is an important organization form to develop the emerging industries.
