Abstract: General unemployment rate in the disaster area is only 1.9%, substantially lower than pre-quake in terms of various standards. With those unemployed expressing strong desire for jobs, the reserve of human resources is quite abundant. However, it is worth attention on higher unemployment rate of juniors and those living in prefabricated houses area.
